Conditions of Postal Bid Sales
1) All bids are be submitted in print by Mail, Fax or email.
2) Bid for as many lots as possible, provided.
"Bids below reserve will be ignored".
3) Please send your Postal bids early. In the event of two identical bids, the earliest received will be accepted.
4) Always check your bids. We cannot accept responsibility for any errors you may make on the bid from.
5) Lots will be sold to the highest bidder at one step above the next highest bid.
6) Estimates are in an indication of a fair price any intending purchaser may be expected to pay. The bidder may bid at, or above, or below the estimate, but bids below the reserve (80% of Estimate) are respectfully declined.
7) Lots are not available for postal inspection, but a scans are very possible.
8) Postal bidders who have seen the lots they are buying may reject any lot, which is not in accordance with the description gives in the catalogue. However these must be returned within 24 hours of receipt in the same condition as received. Collections or bulk lots are not returnable Under clause 10.
9) Unless otherwise indicated each lot is sold as genuine and properly described. A full refund will be given on any lot proven in writing to be not genuine, or improperly described. If Returned within 14 days of receipt.
10) A lot cannot be rejected if subsequent to the sale it has been immersed in water or treated in Some other way.
11) No buy bids can be accepted.
12) No buyer's commission is applicable to this sale.
13) All bids are to be made in New Zealand Dollars.
14) If the lot be duplicated all successful bidders will receive the lot at the same price.
15)Successful bidders will be notified by Post. Lots will be dispatched upon receipt of payment.
16) NZ bidders can pay by cash, cheque or credit card. Full details are to be provided in the appropriate Place on the bid sheet. Overseas bidders must pay by draft or credit card. Sorry no personal cheque Accepted.
17) Good will be sent to purchasers within 7 days of the closing date of sales if payment is made. By credit card. Other purchasers will receive an Invoice and good will be dispatched upon receipt. And clearance of cheque or bank draft.
18) Postal bidders not paying by Credit Card must remit payment within 24 hours of receiving Invoice.
19) In addition to the purchase price of a lot, a fee to cover the cost of postage and packaging, plus. Insurance where necessary or requested will be charged.
20) whilst we take utmost care and attention bids and written instructions, we cannot. Accept responsibility for any errors omissions.
21) Bids from minors be accepted unless accompanied by a full cash deposit or by suitable Guarantees.
